If you have experienced the dreaded clunking in the rear end of your 1984-89 Nissan 300ZX & 300ZX Turbo, it might be time for you to investigating the replacement of your rear subframe bushings from PastPower Innovations!
The original bushings under the rear of your Z31 get badly worn, allowing significant movement and play in the rear geometry of the car. These bushings will correct that and greatly improve stability, cornering, and ride quality. There will be a drastic change the feel of the rear end, especially during hard cornering, as the firm, durable polyurethane will not only outperform old, used rubber subframe bushings, but brand new rubber bushings as well.
Depending on availability – Red or Black bushings may be provided. We are unable to guarantee color.
When installing poly subframe bushings – it is imperative that you convert to a polyurethane differential mount as well for best results. Rubber differential mounts will decay quickly due to increased vibratory load being passed to the most flexible part of the mounting system (the rubber mount itself.)
